RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identification and pre-qualification of customers
• Develop and implement sales strategy for individual clients
• Perform site surveys and demand analysis of C&I Solar PV Projects
• Prepare indicative offers for customized solutions
• Contractor and customer relationship management
QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 4 years of work experience in the field of B2B sales
• Experience in solar sector or background in engineering is a plus
• Graduated as Bachelor or Master
• Positive mindset and team player
• Strong verbal communication and report writing skills
• Intercultural skills and experiences in working with international teams
• Languages: English business level fluently, Ugandan languages will be an advantage
