About the role:

We have exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join a growing next generation utility business. The business is transforming access to clean energy solutions supported by the development of pioneering software management systems.

Bboxx has secured private-equity and strategic partner investment, which is facilitating accelerated growth in multiple markets. As such, there is a requirement for additional personnel within the finance function to support the business on its growth journey.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team who directly influence the business in its decision-making and growth plans, as well as develop and expand a broad range of commercial and financial skills.

What you can expect:

First and foremost, Excel modelling – you need to love it and be a pro at it!

Additional responsibilities you will have in this role include:

• Supporting Group Head of FP&A and CFO in growing the FP&A function
• Developing effective and flexible financial models and BI visualizations to support business decision making
• Leading the group business planning processes, partnering with teams and senior decision makers and C-Suite Executives across the business to develop their planning assumptions and forecasts
• Building and delivering relevant reporting for finance and the wider business
• Supporting senior management and C-Suite Executives in analyzing and recommending business strategies and decisions to drive Bboxx on its path to profitability
• Leading on special projects as required

Who we’re looking for:

• Undergraduate Degree
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA (or equivalent) qualification
• Relevant commercial experience
• Highly proficient at financial modelling
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools
• Genuine desire to be part of challenging environment and be a key catalyst in making change
• Must be proactive and a solutions-based thinker, who can independently identify improvements, provide insights and challenge what has been done before
• Ability to inspire people’s trust in what you are doing through strong communication, interpersonal skills and quality of delivery
• Highly detailed approach to planning and execution of work, and take pride in delivering exceptional quality
• Experience of multi-national or fast-paced business environments
• A business standard of English
