Your tasks will include:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Team Assistant with a background in PV (Photovoltaic) technology and technical acumen to join our dynamic team. In this junior-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical assistance and administrative support to the sales team. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around preparing offers, completing customer surveys, and assisting in tender document preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to learn and grow within the PV industry while contributing to our sales success. You will:
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare preliminary offers for potential customers.
- Assist in the completion of comprehensive surveys for clients, ensuring accurate and detailed information collection.
- Support the preparation and organization of documents required for tender submissions.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Conduct technical research to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the PV industry.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Your Profile:
- Fluent in English and French
- Educational background in a relevant field, such as renewable energy, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Understanding of PV technology and its applications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and develop new skills.
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is desirable.
