The Project Engineer will be responsible for the management and complete supervision of technical projects within GoShop, contracts related to solar installations and other energy projects. This role involves planning , coordinating, executing and successfully closing projects. Ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget , while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The project manager engineer must have solid experience in project management, advanced technical skills in the field of solar, electricity, civil engineering and energy in general as well as the ability to lead a team multidisciplinary.

Responsibilities

  • Project planning: Definition of objectives, scope, deadlines, budget and necessary resources
  • Identification and assessment of potential project risks and development of mitigation strategies.
  • Supervision of all phases of the project (design to implementation).
  • Effectively allocate and manage resources, including staff, budget and external vendors.
  • Monitor and regularly report project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance and fostering collaboration
  • Provide guidance and technical support to the team to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities (continued)

  • Ensure that project products and services meet established quality standards and client expectations.
  • Perform periodic quality audits and testing to ensure compliance.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Monitor the budget and ensure costs remain within planned limits.
  • Prepare regular financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain complete project documentation including project scope changes, lessons learned, client communications, etc.

Skills required

  • Engineering degree in electrical, civil engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in technical project management (energy preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Leadership, team management and communication skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Mastery of project management tools (Jira, Zoho, MS Project, Odoo)
