Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day cash management and accounting
Manage supplier accounts
Control the buying process
Open and track licenses with the bank
Track Imports
Request and monitor bank guarantees
Help with declarations (VAT, customs, taxation, social charges, etc.)
To be in contact with the services of the State
Participate in the preparation of the balance sheet
Perform various administrative tasks
Essential skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or accounting
Knowledge of cash management and accounting
Good oral and written expression skills in French
Computer skills
Sense of organization and rigor
Reliability and honesty
Learns quickly
Appreciated skills
Experience with Odoo
Knowledge of English
Have a strong taste for numbers
