Sales Manager – equipment – Mauritania / Senegal / Burkina / Mali

A global solar equipment manufacturer is looking to recruit a new Sales Manager for the region covering Mauritania, Senegal, Burkina and Mali.

Qualifications:
• As a priority, be familiar with Senegal, Mauritania, Burkina Faso solar markets
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Have a minimum of 3 years solar sales working experience
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Be aware with all solar players, EPCs, IPPs, and projects in the region
• Be able to work under pressure and comply to company regulation
• Be flexible on traveling across countries

Key responsibilities & duties:
• Follow solar projects in the region
• Work closely with EPCs and IPPs
• Promote and sell company products
• Being aware of all solar programs, tenders and results in the region
• Meet regularly and follow up with customers to discuss their evolving needs
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully communicating with line manager and customers
