The Marketing Supervisor – MEA will be responsible for developing and managing all facets of marketing, merchandising, and branding to support Jinko Solar’s strategic goals. The position will be part of a global team focused on expanding Jinko’s brand in SSA. The Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and managing all advertising, exhibits, events, and sponsorships, as well as industry tradeshows and conferences.  This role is expected to work closely with our sales and business development teams to understand and market to our key customers.


Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and manage marketing, merchandising, and financial plans to support the brand and our business goals
  • Develop and launch the channel and non-traditional marketing vehicles and opportunities
  • Program and budget management for specific projects as assigned by HQ
  • Support the development of email marketing campaigns including layout, minor copywriting, set up, and broadcasting
  • Maintain and assemble marketing collateral and pitch materials
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and client-facing meetings
  • Travel to overseas events, on-site set-up and inspection of installations
  • Manage all activities relating to advertising, exhibitions, events and sponsorships
  • Co-marketing activities with Jinko partners and distributors, clients events on our own or shared with other partners, training, workshops
  • Coordinate and manage tradeshow/conference related logistics including show services, marketing materials, product pack-out, and shipping to and from conferences

§ Regional Marketing Budget Planning: product costs and corporate costs (marketing, traveling, people cost, related to regional expenses); Refer to all marketing expenses occurred from the business in the local market

§ Stay updated with orders shipment destined to the SSA region


  • 5 years of demonstrable marketing and branding experience
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Ability to forecast consumer insights & market trends
  • Creative mind-set
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a global virtual environment
  • Self- starter hands-on attitude
  • Willing and able to travel frequently
  • Fluent in English
